For Home Estates in the Santa Barbara Real Estate area of Hope Ranch Real Estate through March 5 there have been 34 listings compared to 21 last year for a 21% rise. The escrows are up from 3 to 8 for a 166% rise and the sales are up from 5 to 6 for a 20% change while the average sales price is up from $1.898 million last year to $2.373 million this year for a 25% change. The PUD market for the Hope Ranch area of Santa Barbara real estate saw no activity.
